Spacious and bright bathroom, it's convenient for my disabled son. Staff is helpful. They provide courier service so I can send my luggage from Aomori to Tokyo Narita Airport. Breakfast delicious especially the scallops apple curry.

Location was great. Amenities too. Good size for the rooms and the bath room was excellent. The internet connection was good. Our view from the windows were great too. the convenience store and very good eateries around. We loved the book shop/stationery place right opposite. We loved our stay here.

Great location, just a few blocks from Aomori station and down one of the main city avenues so you won't get lost - Also a convenience store right next to the ground floor entrance (with a secondary shared entrance too). It's also in pretty good walking distance to a number of tourist attractions such as the Nebuta Museum, the Hakkoda-maru, A-Factory, and there's also a bunch of bus stops to take you to more far-flung places such as the San'nai-Maruyama historic site. The room is very nice - size is about as expected for a Japanese business hotel (cozy), but the bathroom and shower is pretty spacious and very comfortable, with lots of amenities. The bath especially was bigger than I was expecting, and was very comfortable for a nice soak. Everything was spotless. Staff were great - check in and out (and payment if you choose to pay at property) is done mainly through some touchscreen terminals, which have a variety of language options, and the staff provided printed-out guides in English (presumably other languages available too) as well. Friendly and accommodating.

Omg we loved everything about this hotel. It's close to the station. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was GORGEOUS. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was a little couch in addition to our beds. There was a desk and the office chair was so comfy! And supportive. The bathroom was separated from the toilet, and god, it was so pretty. There was one of those rain shower heads, and a bathtub in addition to the regular shower. Our room looked out over the shopping street below. Every part about our stay was magical and we regret not staying longer.

I really enjoyed the room's size, it had a super comfortable bed and a spacious shower/bath. The view wasn't perfect but I was on a top floor, which I always appreciate. It was also next to the laundry room. Any frequent traveler knows how convenient it is to have clean clothes. Talking about convenience, the hotel has a minimarket and also a caffe right next to it. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Pricewise is a middle range, and is exceptionally located.

Staff were friendly and some spoke a bit of English. They accommodated my requests to store my luggage before my check-in and after my checkout. Able to checkout quickly by automated machine. Lobby and room were very clean. Coin laundry status was easily trackable via TV. Coin laundry also used all-in-ones, so no need for multiple trips to wash and dry. Location is pretty convenient, as it is surrounded by many restaurants and has a Lawson's directly connected to it. The carpark entrance is also right in front of a very good sushi restaurant.

This hotel was very comfortable for our first trip to Aomori. It wasn't too far to walk from the station or the waterfront where we went to see the Nebuta festival floats. The room had a very large bathroom, great toiletries, fresh towels delivered everyday even though we picked the no room service option. We had a great view from our window and a comfy chair and office chair to relax in after a day of sightseeing. There is a shop and restaurant (great steak!) just below the hotel and a market in the bottom of the department store across the road. The coffee sachets in the reception to use in the room were good, also ice machine on a different floor. I think there was a washing machine in this hotel too.

I really liked the hotel location, the aesthetic and the comfort of the room. The hotel is located near the station, and near many nice restaurants, cafes and izakayas -- and I like that it was linked to the convenience store downstairs by a special access door. The hotel felt very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly without being too overly-friendly. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, but maybe it's because I was staying alone. The toilet is very spick and span, clean, new and functional. I like the bath tub and the shower system, and I also love the wide desk that served as a large working space, and also the small table by the window that served as a smaller working space with a different vibe (since it's by the window). I love that the bed wasn't too soft, but this is definitely a personal preference since some people like softer beds. The hardness was quite perfect for me, though, and overall, I had a very enjoyable and comforting stay here.

Modern and clean. It was easy to get to from Aomori Airport. It is located in a good location, near sight seeing areas, convenience stores, eating places , a morning market, shopping areas and close to Aomori Station. It was easy to get to the other sight seeing areas of Aomori. The counter staffs were helpful and polite. The bathroom was surprisingly big. The deco was beautiful with a contemporary approach.
